  3. Custom or personalized products are non-refundable.

  4. Refunds will be processed only after we inspect the returned item.

How to Request a Refund?

  2. We will provide the return shipping address.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you about the refund status.

Refund Process

  1. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.

  2. Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  3. If the return is due to a defect or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
