- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Custom or personalized products are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed only after we inspect the returned item.

Refund Process
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- If the return is due to a defect or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
