1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email after placing an order and a tracking link once your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.
    Estimated delivery times:

    Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
    Non-Metro Cities & Rural Areas: 5-10 business days

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders, which has shipping in India.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • You can track your order using the link provided in the email.

5. Delayed / Missing Shipments

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@pankh.co.in.

  • If an order is marked as delivered but not received, report it within 48 hours for assistance.

6. Damaged / Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, email us at support@pankh.co.in with images within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.

7. Address & Contact Information

  • Ensure you provide the correct shipping address while placing an order.

  • We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. Cancellation of Orders

  • Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement by contacting us at support@pankh.co.in.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
