1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an order confirmation email after placing an order and a tracking link once your order is shipped.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
- We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.
Estimated delivery times:
Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
Non-Metro Cities & Rural Areas: 5-10 business days
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders, which has shipping in India.
4. Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
- You can track your order using the link provided in the email.
5. Delayed / Missing Shipments
- If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@pankh.co.in.
- If an order is marked as delivered but not received, report it within 48 hours for assistance.
6. Damaged / Incorrect Products
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, email us at support@pankh.co.in with images within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
7. Address & Contact Information
- Ensure you provide the correct shipping address while placing an order.
- We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
8. Cancellation of Orders
- Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement by contacting us at support@pankh.co.in.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
